We manufacture a wide range of qualitative pistons & ring sets. These are rigid lubricated sliding shaft, which fits tightly inside the opening of a cylinder. Some of the applications of our products are:

• To change the volume enclosed by the cylinder
• To exert a force on a fluid inside the cylinder

Piston Sets

Our range of piston sets includes pressure die casted, gravity die casted, shell moulded pistons, which are made of aluminum alloys, graded closed grained cast irons. Further, our piston rings are individually centrifugally casted out of high grade cast iron materials. We also offer piston pins that are made of special grade alloy steel and are highly polished to hardened the outer surface. This protects our range from all kinds of wear & tear.

Piston With Pin & Rings & Circlips

We offer a wide range of piston with pin & rings & circlips, which are made of qualitative raw materials of various grades. In manufacturing our piston, we use cast iron, aluminum of grade LM-13/14 and alloys of 15mm-300mm. We use steel EN with case Harding hardness 55-60 in C scale to manufacture pin.

Piston Rings

We manufacture a wide range of piston rings and can customize in the forms like PTO, step cut, angel cut, lock type, normal cut, etc. In manufacturing our ringsets, we use CI graded as per IS-210 spcn & hardness of 85-100 B scale, heat treated and phosphate to avoid rust. We make top ring chrome plated & s.g iron/ steel ring for top grove of 15mm-600mm.
